Q: Why doesn't OnlineAdviser offer telephone support?

A: Telephone support is provided directly by each insurance company or benefit plan administrator. Telephone support numbers for all MedSave.com products are listed at http://www.medsave.com/contact.htm. The numbers listed on this page are the most current; we apologize that some older publications may have incorrect telephone numbers.

OnlineAdviser service offers supplemental e-mail support that is not available directly from these companies. We believe that the written e-mail support allows us to maintain a higher level of quality control and ultimately ensures better information is provided to our users on a consistent basis.
